Canopy Tent Rentals are the perfect solution for a backyard party.  Canopy tents offer shade from the sun and will keep your guests comfortable and dry during a light spring or summer rain shower.

Canopy party tents must be setup in grass and every side pole must be secured to a stake that has been installed in the grass.  For the best deals in party tents we have created party packages to maximize your dollar.  Rent everything you need to do it yourself and we will provide you with easy to follow installation instruction and support to make sure your event is successful.  If you decide you want us to do all the work, just let us know and we will deliver, setup, and pick up for a reasonable cost. 

Do-it-Yourself Party Tent Packages include:

Each Party Tent comes complete with aluminum poles, steel stakes, guy ropes which are permanently attached to the tops to prevent misplacing them and to allow for simple yet fast installation adjustments, storage bags and illustrated step-by-step installation instructions. All tables included are wood top tables and should be covered with a plastic table cover or a linen tablecloth.  The rental chairs in the packages below are either white seat and back with a white frame or chrome frame and are subject to availability.

• Pick up your equipment from us on Thursday and return it Monday.

NOTE:  These tent packages are very popular and are subject to availability.  All tables and chairs must be placed under cover if raining and over night.  There is no grilling allowed under or within 30' of tent.  Tent must be placed at least 30' from any outdoor fire pits.
