Chicago Table Rentals and Linens

Our rental tables are available in a variety sizes and shapes.  Choosing the right table rental can reduce the amount of space needed for seating as well as creating a specific atmosphere through the use of tables of varying sizes and shapes.  Table linens can be simple Classic Poly to the extremely elegant Satin Lamour, Bichon or Pintuck fabrics.  We carry Rental Table Cloths for Weddings, Black Tie Events, Bar Mitzvah, Festivals, Private Backyard Parties, and Graduation Ceremonies. 

60 Inch Round Tables are the event industry standard for seating tables.  60" round tables allow guest to easily converse with others at their table.  60 inch round tables are the recommended guest seating choice for tents and venues that are between 20' and 40' wide.  It is highly recommended that a table linen is used to cover any rental table.

Seats: 8 - 10 people

Linen Sizes:  90" round linen has 15" drop that falls to the seat of the chair

                     120" round linen has 30" drop and falls to the floor

8' x 30"  Banquet tables are used for guest seating as well as buffet and beverage tables.  Our wood top rental tables have a light colored stain and feature rounded corners.

Seats: 8 - 10 people

72" x 120" Banquet Cloth 21" drop on long side and 12" drop on short side

6' x 30" Wood Top tables are used for guest seating under any tent.  6' tables are also used as buffet tables, sweets tables, gift tables and bar/beverage tables.

Linen Sizes:  90" x 132" Skirtless Banquet cloth falls to the floor on all sides

72" x 120" Banquet Cloth 21" drop on long side and 24" drop on short side

Our 6' Bar table includes: 6' x 30" wood top table, 12" wide x 6' long x 12" tall wood top riser shelf, Black Classic Poly Skirtless Banquet Cloth and 40' tall Black Poly Skirting. Bar tenders love the layout of this bar because it offers a large work and storage space with a separate serving area.

Our 150 qt. igloo coolers fit perfectly under the table and are kept site by both the front skirting and the linen.

Complete your bar set up with an additional 6' back bar table with black linen.

Black linens are included with our bar rentals.  This is so anything on or under the bar table is not visible to your guests.

4' Long wood top serpentine table

Serpentine tables are perfect when used alone or with other tables to create unique buffets, sweets tables, head tables and bar tables.

30" Round x 40" Tall Wood Top High Boy Table

High Boy tables are great for cocktail hour at events such as weddings or business after hour events.  They look amazing with linen color coordinated to your event. 

30" Round x 30" Tall Wood Top Cabaret Table

Cabaret tables are great for intimate seating at events such as weddings or private parties. Since these tables only seat 4 guests they are perfect for events where full meals are not being served.

Sweet Heart tables are often cabaret tables for just the bride and groom.

48 Inch Round Tables are the event industry standard for seating tables in smaller spaces.  .  48 inch round tables are the recommended guest seating choice for tents, decks and patios that are less than 20 feet wide.  It is highly recommended that a table linen is used to cover any rental table.

Seats: 6 - 8 people

Linen Sizes:  90" round linen has 21" drop that falls below the seat of the chair

                     108" round linen has 30" drop and falls to the floor
