Wedding Reception Seating for 80 Guests

Outdoor wedding tent rentals allow a bride to create her own personal reception venue for her wedding reception.  Every bride is unique and so should her wedding reception venue.

Below are some sample tent wedding layouts to accommodate 80 guests seated, head table, buffets, beverage stations and dance floor. Each tent package is a starting point to help you customize to your special event.  All seating tables shown have 8 guests seated at 60" round tables.  We base our buffet tables on one 8' long table per 50 guests.  Beverage stations are one station per 100 guests.  If you are doing specialty drinks bars should be one per 75 guests.  Your DJ and band will need space under the tent as well, so be sure to ask what size area they will need.  Don't forget to find out how much power they need as well (how many 20 amp circuits).
